Wow, I knew AOL was a virus on the PC, but I didn't realized their reps were trained and expert viruses on the phone too!

Wow, this 4 minutes to cancel is a record. Last I've heard is that if you answer "NO" to all the questions you get done in 10 minutes.

My old boss was trying to cancel his and it took about an hour or so. The bad thing is that getting frustrated and hanging up doesn't help because they wont cancel the account.
