Try Dreamweaver, it's pretty simple to use and very very rich. I think Microsoft has something too, but I can't remember what it's called right now. Dreamweaver should have everything you need really. Naturally if you got any problems feel free to throw something on here (even if it's straight up html) or send it over and I'll check it out (:

Try using Google Page Creator. Dreamweaver is cool, but it's feature rich and that makes it a bit more complex.
And btw the fucker that said about Angelfire was wrong coz you're not looking for "how to make my myspace profile look better" but rather for something decent.
